Glam Hair Academy brings together years of practical salon experience and a passion for sharing knowledge. Our team began their careers through apprenticeships at a young age, developing their skills in salons across the UK and internationally before progressing into professional education.

This experience shapes how we teach. Our training combines essential knowledge with practical salon techniques, client care and industry insight, helping you understand both how to perform a service and how to approach the everyday challenges of salon work.

We specialise in personalised, one-to-one training, allowing us to tailor each course to your experience, goals and learning pace. Through demonstrations, hands-on practice and individual feedback, we help you build your confidence and develop your skills in a supportive working salon environment.

Meet your educator
Hi, I’m Gemma, the founder of Glam Hair Academy. I hold Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Hairdressing, alongside a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET).
My hairdressing journey spans 20 years, during which I’ve also run a variety of businesses, gaining valuable experience in client care and business management.
